A message from our founder, Ashley George

A message from our founder, Ashley

“When I started out in the care industry 35 years ago, there was this huge misconception that care homes were like asylums, that residents would lose all their independence and privacy. At Ashley Care Group, we’ve really worked to turn this around – ensuring residents feel at home, can bring their possessions, hobbies and personality with them, and their families can sleep well knowing that our team are working hard to keep them safe in a beautiful home.

We will work with your loved one to make their transition as easy as possible

Our team will make the transition as easy and comfortable as possible

Adapting to change can be hard. That’s why our team has adopted ‘3 Stages of Support’ to help our residents settle in confidently:

1
Advanced Tools
We encourage residents to start a no-obligation, one month trial to see how they settle in.
2
All-in-One Solution
Our team will work with your loved one to tailor a 'personal care plan' accommodating their preferences.
3
Nonstop Updates
We encourage family visits and gradually bringing personal belongings to foster familiarity.
